Directions for use:

Facial care: After cleansing, spray the hydrosol directly onto the face and gently pat it into the skin with your fingertips. Follow with your usual facial moisturiser, cream or lotion. For visible facial capillaries, apply cool hydrosol-soaked compresses to the cheeks.

Internal use: Dilute one teaspoon (5 ml) in a glass of water (150–200 ml). Take once daily, preferably in the morning 14-21 days.
