Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, including essential oils, hydrolats, and other aromatherapy preparations. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened, used, or tampered with.

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be resold or verified for quality once opened.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  aromaclass@proton.me ,  providing your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your case and arrange a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Unopened items

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are in their original, sealed condition and you notify us in writing before returning the goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
