• Our organic Bupleurum essential oil is obtained by steam extraction, a method that preserves its precious constituents, such as alpha-pinene and beta-pinene. It is a rare essence, harvested by hand in its natural environment, then carefully distilled in our workshop.

• Little mentioned in Western herbal medicine, Bupleurum was traditionally used for its beneficial action on joint pain and sciatica.
  

  It occupies an important place in oriental medicine. Bupleurum is a key ingredient in Soshiho-tang, a herbal preparation of traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine, recognised for its good tolerance.
